What is Float Therapy?

Float therapy is a powerful resource for relaxation, pain relief, better sleep, and overall wellness. Stress, tension and pain accumulate over time and will take some time to experience the greatest relief. Much like all other therapies, floating is best utilized on a regular, consistent basis. Float therapy offers benefits which are cumulative, each float builds on the subsequent float.
Though flotation is an “effortless” therapy, the body and mind are learning how to relax into the float with each session.
There are three elements of flotation therapy:
  1. Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate)
  2. Weightlessness / Counter-Gravity Stimulation
  3. Meditation / Theta-State
Floating offers a non-invasive, all-natural approach which has been proven to help a wide scope of ailments. Although there are common experiences, many clients have unique responses to their physical and emotional needs. Regardless of the experience, floating is a practice, and the more you float, the better the results.
