Often I come in and she automatically moves to the area that has been troubling me, before I even have a chance to inform her of my issues. When I am in a talkative mood, she listens and shares. When I am quiet, she follows my lead and is quiet.

The massages I have received monthly over the past 2 1/2 years from Kara at [Revelations] have been very beneficial to my physical as well as my mental health. Kara and her team are always very professional, caring and helpful before, during and after my session. They offer many additional services, such as Reiki, nutrition counseling, etc. and work in conjunction with Kabir Chiropractic for a more holistic healing. The one thing that I really appreciate is that they offer these things, but do not push you to do something you do not feel comfortable with. I would recommend [Revelations] to any person who is looking for a more natural way to heal and/or maintain their health.

At the time I was introduced to Kara I suffered from tension migraines as well as traditional migraines roughly 3-4 times per week for over 2 years. I had sought out help from everyone I could imagine, including: my OB/GYN, who treated me with several medications; a Neurologist that prescribed several medications, put me through an MRI, and as a last effort injected my neck 17 times with Cortisone (!); a Massage Therapist for both traditional deep tissue massage and Swedish massage on a weekly basis; and my Family Practitioner, who prescribed several medications. Unfortunately, I received only temporary relief from any of these therapies or medications. In fact, as a result of all the medications I was on, there were other ailments that began.
After starting weekly Pfrimmer massages with Kara, coupled with regular chiropractic adjustments, I'm happy to say it took 2 short months to achieve amazing results! Not only did I stop having migraines, I was not taking the cabinet full of medications that I had been prescribes over the years! PDMT and Chiropractic has given me my life back!
